Your Home Inspector 2020, we are here to help you find and maintain your home by offering a comprehensive list of home inspection services conducted in an informative and personalized manner. All inspections and consultations include a written report.
YHI2020 is a boutique business, we are not a volume business; we are available to give you the time and service you need to make the best decisions possible. We prefer one consult per day, your report delivered electronically within 24 hours.
We prefer you on-site with us and we like questions and answering them, however if you cannot attend, we will make the time to answer questions after you’ve read the report.
YHI2020 offers comprehensive inside and out, bottom to top residential inspections with reports written in easily understood terms and delivered quickly. Infra-red scans and mold testing are available as an add-on or as a stand-alone service.

Based in the east end of the Durham Region YHI2020 services east Toronto, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Clarington, the Kawarthas, Markham, Richmond Hill and up to Aurora.
We’ve been known to travel - special request only - into the Haliburtons, west into the GTA, Hamilton and Cambridge and east to Trenton, Belleville, and Prince Edward County.
NOTE: Additional surcharge(s) may apply on any YHI2020 inspection service; surcharges include for size (large homes) age and travel outside of large, primary coverage area.
