YHI2020 joined the Pool and Hot Tub Council of Canada in 2021, completed the training requirements and is a Certified Member. Andrew has owned several pools over the years and is fully qualified to inspect and report on any pool. 

A YHI2020 pool inspection covers the pool, its surround and all its equipment as well as the fencing and the yard. 

Pool inspections can be done as a standalone service for $400 or can be combined with any home inspection for an additional $250. 

The service includes a written report with pictures and recommendations generally delivered within 24 hours.
