YHI2020 offers comprehensive inside and out, bottom to top residential inspections with reports written in easily understood terms and delivered quickly. Infra-red scans are available as an add-on or as a stand-alone service.
Andrew Dixon can inspect and describe old, new and efficient housing along with the required maintenance all homes need. He's been inspecting homes for over 28 years.
We prefer you on-site with us and we like questions and answering them, however if you cannot attend, we will make the time to answer questions after you’ve read the report.
And if we don’t know something we’ll do the research and let you know.
