At Your Home Inspector 2020, we are here to help you find and maintain your home. Andrew Dixon, RHI is the principal inspector at YHI2020.

Andrew has been a professional home inspector since 1996 and a Level One Thermographer since 2009. He graduated from the Durham College home inspection certificate program in 1994, joined PACHI* (Provincial Association of Certified Home Inspectors) in 1997 and has never looked back.

Andrew has worked on national home inspection initiatives and is a National Certificate Holder (#008). He has extensive eco-experience as an energy auditor and with new homes through the MHI program Holmes Approved Homes.  

We have been assisting homeowners and buyers for over 28 years, both as a self-employed inspector and for 10 years as a part of the Mike Holmes Inspection team. 

Andrew is a proud RHI member (Registered Home Inspector) of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI). When kicking tires always find out if the tires are RHIs, the best home inspectors in Ontario.

He is a recipient of the highest designation in Ontario - Registered Home Inspector or RHI; Andrew is RHI # 178. He has served on the OAHI board of directors and as president (two terms). He currently chairs the Education Programs and Conference Committee.

*The Provincial Association of Certified Home Inspectors; in 2001 PACHI joined with the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors to form the largest provincial association in Canada. Andrew as PACHI VP was instrumental in that merger.
